i'm almost done, too. i switch between the 3lb and 5lb weights, depending on how tired i am :P i think next time around, i will try to do more of the exercises unmodified .. except the jumping lunges, those are just insane, i feel like i'm going to break every bone in my lower body just by WATCHING natalie!!

I'm surprised that this happens to so many people. I wonder if I'm not breathing properly when I'm working out. I notice I yawn a lot more when I'm doing crunches, chest flies, or anything that involves laying down -- maybe it's my body's way of saying it needs a nap.

Great job on finishing the first day! I do it almost every day, but skip either Saturday or Sunday (not both!). I also missed one Monday due to a migraine, but otherwise, it's been 6 days a week for me.
