L2D6 in the books tonight.... and I feel good. Either level 2 is easier than level 1, or I am actually improving, or my day of rest yesterday made a difference. Who knows... But I am over the half point! woot :)

Today: 9.5 miles Building myself a healthy cushion. :)

Sadly, I dropped my pedometer just the wrong way on the sidewalk and killed it. :( So I regretfully resign and wish everyone well!

I am not sure two more different people could have been paired - she's super tall, I am super short, our exercise time and methods are completely different, how much we eat not even close, but hey - it's a challenge :) And we shall rock it! Woot! ;)

Sounds fun! Caitastic24 is my partner and I shall message you :)

I learned a lesson this week - finish miles by Saturday. lol I woke up feeling totally crappy. Luckily I only had 1.25 miles left so I went for a slow walk with my kids around the neighborhood to accomplish it. Now back to bed. lol Total miles this week: 30 and current weight: 168.8 lbs.

I did level 2 day 5 yesterday, and I probably shouldn't have. I was feeling cruddy and I knew I was coming down with something and I think I phoned some of it in. Heh. Today I am taking a day of rest. I am congested and feel cruddy and I am just chilling a little bit from everything. Level 2 Day 6 tomorrow :)

What did you think of the butt bible workout? That is on my on-demand and I was thinking of trying it.

Sent you a message :) replying to post so it goes in my topics list, lol

Finally a break in the rain... my walking/running is getting back on track. Have a lot to make up the next 3 days but, it is doable if I stay focused... 3 miles done today so far (not in ticker yet) and hoping to get in another 3-5.

I sort of did the challenge this week - I tried to do Yoga Meltdown. Three times. I have not yet gotten through it. It takes serious strength lol. I make it a little further each time I try so um... I will get all the way through it by 2012. Even though I have been exercising/eating well this week, I know I am not going to…

Level 2 Day 4... and I am feeling it. And it, surprisingly, feels good. I am also doing the C25K training and today I had some kind of running breakthrough and I think the euphoria is carrying over... lol I feel worked out, hard, but I feel like this is possible instead of killing me :) Go team!
-
All this rain has made the past 2 days stink... but hey, I am walking in a parade Saturday and going hiking - that will help :) 1.6 miles today, so 12.9 miles total this week... I have a whole lot of walking to do, yeehaw!!

Big plate full of raw spinach mixed with a cup of chopped broccoli and a cup of chopped carrots, topped with a cup or so of "rainbow slaw" (shredded broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and carrots), sometimes with a serving of dried fruit mixed in (raisins or craisins, usually) and half a serving of lite salad dressing…

This is when I am so glad I have a bunch of people doing this with me... Level 2 Day 3 and I am so fricken burned out on Jillian and 30DS today... about halfway through I was tempted to turn off my TV and run away, lol. But I did not, day 3 in the books and will keep on shreddin... just to say I did. This round it is more…

I am all about that... I ordered Ripped in 30 from Amazon and just got it yesterday. I am so in. The walk out pushups are tough but I find the strength circuit 3 horrid. The second set of military presses while kicking on one foot, my shoulders are SCREAMING. lol
-
I sweat like crazy just thinking about exercising so I am not the one to ask. Hee hee. My calves are not anywhere near as sore - my shoulders are super sore. So um... different sore? lol
-
I could get through the entire workout without stopping, however I was still doing part of the beginner moves (started pushups up and then went to knees, like that). Don't worry if you can't do all the pushups... level 2 will give you PLENTY of shoulder work to build them up. lol. My shoulders still ache from this…
