I have been sick this past week and I really have gotten nothing done. Bah. My weigh-in (way late) is 168.6.

I should be on my last day but I was really not well last week. When you are wondering if you might throw up doing planks... um... anyway. I am starting level 3 over again today. I don't feel like I want to go all the way back to day 1, lol.

Level 3 Day 1 in the books... felt good but omg hard. But hard in a strong way, not a cardio way, so I think I must have improved. lol

6 miles today, so 5 over for the week. Woot :) And, I found that my on demand has some of those Leslie Sansone walk at home things so if I have another bad weather and crazy, can't leave the house days, I have that to fall back on. Yay :)

Last week - did my 360 pushups and more than 3 miles. I am doing the c25k thing so I walk/run a bunch lol. Oh, and drank my water :) I wasn't online yesterday so will do 100 jumping jacks today to catch up :)

Woot I rule. :) hee hee I liked the partner challenge! My weighin is going to suck tomorrow, I am sure I will have gained weight. I always do right before my period, and by day 2 it magically disappears lol. So um... I am ready to pay my penalty, cause I am guessing I am going to be at least 1.6 lbs *heavier* lol

Level 2 done! Level 3 starts tomorrow :) Anyone done it yet? I am a wee bit nervous. Hpwbouto - it could be the planks, I tend towards neck pain and they bug me too - I have to keep telling myself over and over to focus on the ground and not look down towards my feet. Planks in 3? I can hope... not. :)

1 mile today... just 1 stinkin mile. Today was crazy, lol. 1 mile to go this week - have a 2 mile hike with the family scheduled tomorrow so should be okay. lol.

I just came inside from doing week 4 day 1. Which has 2 stretches of running 5 minutes at a time, and I am proud of myself for pushing through it. Level 2 Day 8 in the books - I cannot believe I only have 2 more days of level 2... wow! My measurements are almost the same as when I started - down a few pounds, down a half inch in bust and waist and a quarter inch in arms, otherwise mostly the same. But that is fine. I like the sweat lol.

aj11785, I would just sub in whatever cardio move from L1 or L2 that won't mess up your ankle. As long as you are moving I don't know that it matters so much. :) Level 2, Day 7 done. Okay so um, I think... My partner and I both drank 10 glasses of water, exercised 120 minutes, and ate ~1700 calories (me a little less, her a little more, since I am 9" shorter than she is, but within the 300 window) today. I think. :)
