  • It depends on their settings.
  • Welcome! This site has a lot of nice people with great ideas. I too have always struggled with my weight since about high school. Throw in a couple of kids as an adult and man do the pounds get added and hang in there!!
  • It's crazy , but since I started eating better, I have not been as "regular". I have added Fiber One bars to my daily diet and it seems to be helping.

  • Don't beat yourself up. We all have to splurge once in a while. The key is getting back on track!
  • Welcome  Feel free to add me as well!
  • I love the Fiber One brownies! I never thought about adding ice-cream to it. Sounds wonderful! I may have to try that

  • Nice job! Keep up the "NO" 's! I've had to do ALOT of that
  • That would really be tough. If you have no say on what is brought, maybe just watch the portions and try to exercise more. That would be awful trying to eat right, but not having the option of buying what you want. Have you asked your parents for these lower calorie items? Maybe see if there are extra chores you can do to…
  • Congrats! That is always encouraging! Keep up the good work :)
  • Congrats!! Keep up the good work! You're looking great :)
  • It's okay to slip up once in a while. It sounds like you don't make a normal habit of it. Just kick up the exercise a little more on the days you go over. Don't give up!!
  • Keep doing what you're doing for yourself! You can't force someone to change that does not want to. They've got to want it for themselves. Hopefully, by seeing you doing what you're doing, he'll want to change for the better himself. I was in the same boat with my hubby, but after seeing me change for the past month, he…
  • I record my exercise if I am on the treadmill or go for a walk, ect. I don't touch any of the calories that I gain back from the exercise either.
  • You look great!! What an inspiration you are!! I now know, it CAN be done. I have a long way to go. This gives me more encouragement :) Thanks for sharing!
