Hello I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks myself I think if the 1500 is working and your losing you should continue to do what your doing

I plan to lose 30 by my birthday july 24, 3 meals 400 calories 2 snacks 100 calories 3 days a week cardio 3 days a week brisk walking 60 ozs of water I know I may need to increase this Just starting today 3/22/2010
