I did the south beach to jump start my weight loss, 1st week I lost 4lb I down loaded the book, and I cook some of the recipes, I try and keep my carbs about 100, which is working for me, it been about 6 months. Body feels much better. Total weight loss about 10-12lbs. Im taking it very slow. I have about 6lbs to go

Cut it out, too much sugar, now and again dark chocolate in my opinion much better

Yep track olive oil it has a lot of calories, 1 tablespoon 120 I use the spray when I can

I do own a scale, I don't use it all the time. What really helped me was I use a smaller plate. I agree with what your saying a scale is important. and make sure you really are burning all those calories!

5ft 5 highest weight 155 I'm down to 139-142 goal is 130-135, I have been 125 and it was not pretty, I Love having back and boobs I really don't want to lose that so I'm paying close attention they dont disappear:)

I wasn't even going to comment until I saw this, I thought the thread was funny, But I have a gap I'm only 5ft 5in and even when I 15lbs more I still had it I'm 139, it Genetic. Never really thought about it until now. Thanks you op for this thread!!

I believe in Internet dating, its just another way of meeting people. people can just has well lie face to face. Your on MPF your forming a relationship on here, it might not be dating but its still a relationship, and who no one might meet their husband or wife on this very site.
