You look great. Congrats on your weight loss. It's good that you found out what was happening and got it treated.

The simulator was great, it looks like I'm eating the right number of calories for weight loss. I'm going to check back on it once I get to maintenance phase.

How old were you when you got engaged? 32 How long had you been together before getting engaged? 8 years! How old were you when you got married? 33 Are you still together (if so, for how long)? Almost 24 years together, 15 years married and yes against all odds we are still together! ;-)

I LOVE horror movies from the 1930's and 1940's (Dracula, Frankenstein, Cat People, I Walked with a Zombie, The Leopard Man, and The Most Dangerous Game). I also like the Nicole Kidman movie The Uninvited. I stay away from most horror movies because I think they are goofy and have gratuitous violence. I like horror movies…

You look great! Like the camo jogbra! Hooah!

Is your GP good, (besides being anti-running)? Will he or she diagnose your ailment correctly? How easy is it for you to see a specialist in sports medicine or an orthopediac surgeon? The thing about stress fractures is that they need time to heal. I'm no doctor but I would advise staying off your foot until you at least…

Looks yummy, I'm going to try it.

I've found this topic really helpful to me. Mine is set to 1200 and I've been struggling with the eating. But seeing how it is working for people I know I just have to readjust and try harder.

People make mistakes and there is no way that you can know what goes on between two people in a relationship. Cheating can be a sign that there are other problems. If they are still a good a caring friend to you, I would remain friends.

Chocolate cupcakes and red wine!

On a more positive note, they are your friends and love you. They may be subconsciencely upset that you may "change" too much and they will lose the person they love. Irrational, yes! Just smile, ignore them and keep up the good work.

Woah I'm sorry. She is about to cheat on you. I'm not trying to be a jerk but I just want to warn you. No woman "postures" about "having butterflies in her stomach" about a guy. She either means it or she doesn't say it. If she wasn't going to cheat on you she would have done her best to ease your mind by hanging out with…

I don't know the answer and I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but I always get the shivers after running more than about 9 miles. It doesn't matter if it is summer or winter. After a long run I try to drink hot liquids and cover up. If someone has an answer for this I would be interested to know.

For me it's yummy with fresh blueberries and crunched up Nature Valley Granola bars. I get plain 1% milkfat Greek Yoghurt, half a cup of blueberries, and I crumble the Nature Valley Granola bars (1 or 2). In total it's about 350 cals and it makes a filling and yummy breakfast! You can skip the granola and just use the…

Logging your food and exercise is the best way to start. Logging every day is important, even if you are not proud of what you ate that day! Good luck, I sent you a friend request. I applaud you for taking the initiative to make yourself healthier. Starting at such a young age will reward you in so many ways! I'm rooting…

You make a lovely bridesmaid and I can see the difference. Your arms and legs look more toned. Your shape is trimmer. You are a lovely lady and young. Keep your spirits up. What you are doing now will do you so much good. I'm routing for you!

Falls Church area. Feel free to add me if you want to. In any case good luck and hang in there!

122 lbs and 5'4 and 3/4 is slim but it doesn't sould like you are anorexic. I wouldn't lose anymore weight if I were you, you sound fine and slim. Talk to your doctor, show him/her your diet log and take his/her advice. Ignore your Mom, she might just be overly worried. I think generally following the recommended weight…

Totally understand! Congrats!

I sent you a friend request if you want. It is hard being a single mother, going to school, and working. Especially since you are so young. Take one day at a time and realize that you are doing this for yourself so you can be healthy for you and your child. I'm rooting for you!

Just jump back on the wagon..no regrets, no looking back. I did the same thing. Just sure up your determination every day and log what you eat, even if you are naughty. It really does help. I'm right there with you.

It's the journey not the destination. I've had setbacks too. What makes the difference is not letting it get to you and getting back on track. Remember you are doing this for you. Baby steps. You can do it!

I'd say drink the diet orange while you have it but don't make it a habit. I am a full-blown diet coke addict and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Water and tea are a much better choices.

You can do it! Do it now while you are young! I'm struggling now too so I feel your pain. (And I'm "not so young"!)

I echo the people who say HAVE FUN! You will! The night before your race make sure you hydrate and get enough rest. Don't eat anything "unusual" for you race morning. In other words don't change your diet up before a race. Start out a little slow until you get your pace but other than that, relax and enjoy. Races are fun!

Thanks for the information. My doctor put me on Vitamin D as well. I am very light-skinned and had spent the good part of my time for the last 2 years mostly outside but I still tested deficient. I was experiencing swelling of my hands and ankles and extreme fatigue. After about a year of taking Vitamin D I now longer have…

Try packing some veggies and portable fruits. I'm right there with you in eating way too much sugar. But cut down on the sweets and try eating an apple or some celery sticks with peanut butter instead. Pack some grapes or blueberries. Don't kill the good for the perfect. Just gradually try to lower your sweets intake. It…

Congrats! You look great!

Hi, I'm sending you a "friend me, please" request. I'm in need of some positive reinforcement too. In the meantime here is some cheerleading: You can do it!

That's awesome!
