Good luck to all of you just joining the site. I started using it about 18 months ago and lost 35 pounds. I haven't been on it for a while, but I'm back on because I need it for tracking the food I eat- trying to bulk up a little. Feel free to add me if you need any encouragement.

I tried this site once before and quit after a week. the second time I used it I was able to knock off 35 pounds- I've maintained that weight for over a year now. I hope you meet your goals- good luck!
