Your NET calories is far too low, it's okay once in a while but if done continually your body will go into starvation mode without you even meaning it too. Try to boost your intake with protein after your workout :)

Although a lot of people loosing weight do weigh themselves daily, I would try to resist. Weight is so inconsistent and can vary so much from day to day! Try using a measuring tape once a week to record the changes :) measurements are a lot more accurate than scales.

definitely! i stopped weighing myself a few months ago as i found measuring more accurate for my weight loss than the scales because it gives a more realistic/accurate indication to fat loss
