I'm sorry about your situation. I have been married for almost 3 years but we have been together for almost 10.

Hi and welcome! You came to the right place to get support and help along the way. I don't know if they have this chain in the UK, but Applebee's would be a great choice...they have an under 550 calories menu and all the dishes are great. They also have a special Weight Watchers menu too that has some great choices as…

In my experience, I usually find digital to be more accurate. Plus, I also prefer it because it tells you ounces as well. I have weighed myself on two different digital scales and home and got the same weight and that same day gone to the doctor and had them use a manual one and it told me I weighed 6 lbs more than both…

I don't think you are sabotaging yourself, but you also might want to consider upping your calorie intake. Just changing your profile settings from "lose 2 pounds per week" to "lose 1.5 pounds per week" could just give you a little bit more calories and might help you start to lose again. Plus, you should definitely try to…

I wouldn't say that 2.5 weeks is considered a plateau. Anything could be affecting the scale not moving for this short amount of time, from your time of the month, to how much sodium you are consuming to not drinking enough water. I was in a plateau for 3 months recently and was just able to make it over and start losing…

You look amazing! Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

^^^ THIS...you should definitely still post the pics! You will be amazed at the progress that others will see, even if you can't. 57 lbs is a major accomplishment and you should be so proud for getting this far! :flowerforyou:

Put them in a pan on the stove with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper. Very quick and easy. They are done when they are soft and slightly browned. Yummy!

You look fabulous! Totally different person. Congrats on your amazing success! :drinker:

Congrats! Take it one day at a time and continue logging and you will see results! Good luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

Just take it one day at a time...tomorrow is another day and you can start fresh! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Thanks so much everyone for all your kind words. It does feel amazing and I am telling anyone who has been dealing with a plateau to just take it one day at a time and keep going because it is totally worth it and if you are consistent in your habits it will happen! This has been my main goal for a such a long time now, I…

Thanks everyone! It is definitely true what they say, don't ever give up! I was in a horrible plateau for 3 months but I stuck with it with the help and support of my pals on MFP and my family and I finally broke through it! I am never going to go back!

Definitely try Jillian's Body Revolution. I am still only in my first week but I absolutely LOVE it!

Definitely a caffeine headache...especially since you drank so much of it. I recently gave up soda completely for lent, but before lent I wanted to avoid the withdrawal headache so I weaned myself off slowly before lent began. It should only last about a week or so and it will get better.

Yummy! Thanks for sharing!

That's awesome! I just ordered mine on Saturday and I am excited to start it. It's nice to know that it only took about a week to get to you. My husband is going to be doing Body Revolution with me and we are excited to see what results we will have! Good luck to you!

Sending you a request! 50 pounds is definitely do-able as long as you are not looking for a quick fix. Slow and steady wins the race and you will get there and learn how to be truly healthy along the way. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but Fiber One pancakes are awesome. You get 3 pancakes for 180 calories and you are STUFFED when you finish because of all that fiber. Plus, light or sugar free pancake syrup is very low in calories. You can spruce them up with mini chocolate chips or fruit and they are YUMMY!…

If you are going to do it, I suggest definitely going to bed early. I have started this recently and I love the way I feel during the day. I had been working out in the evenings, but I have a long commute and by the time I got home (6:30) made and ate dinner, put my daughter to bed, etc. it was 8:30 and I would find a…

The workout is 55 minutes long including the warm-up/cool-down. I love it! I only started about a week ago but I am already starting to see a difference in how my clothes fit and how I feel. I also have done the 30DS for the entire month and I loved that work-out and still do that one occasionally when pressed for time,…

Hi - I had been on WW for about a year and lost about 20 pounds (very difficult for me to lose weight since having a baby) but then they switched the plan over the PointsPlus program and instead of losing weight, I actually began gaining weight and I hated the new program. I switched to MFP and in half the time I have lost…
