  • It is crazy in my area as well. My husband and I have been using a fuel treatment and have been able to increase our mpg so it has helped out a lot with the cost. I got an extra 100 miles out of my last tank of gas!!!

  • I weigh myself several times a week but only record my Monday weigh-in as that is the day that I started this journey and the first weight that I recorded. I weigh myself several times to help check in during the week. It has also helped me to see how my body reacts as well-more sodium, less drinking of water, etc.

  • You could try fat free half-n-half and add a flavored extract. That way you get the flavor without the sugar. I also drink 2 cups a day and often still use the flavored creamer-I just count the calories. I will try the almond milk as I have some at home!
