Great transformation! I have a 26 yo daughter that is currently at your starting point. I would dearly love for her to awaken to what is possible. She was a figure skater growing up but has really changed during college and after losing her mother. Congrats.

I think a woman with well defined/toned muscles is absolutely hot! Not a thing wrong with muscles .... the bodybuilders do go to the extree however.

That is quite a transformation. Adding some lifting may increase your weight but the added muscle would be a positive thing.
