Really good advice from Rob. I'm trying to get back to doing the small meals a day. I also have been having bigger breakfasts and lunches and smaller dinners. You work off more calories during the day than you do at night.

Interesting. Lol. I guess some people have different vices. I smoke some and also probably drink too much coffee/Diet Coke but overall, I eat pretty healthy. Lately, I haven't been able to eat any fried foods - they make me ill! I loooove my chocolate, but I'm not so sure I could eat Little Debbie's and cookies all day.
