Awesome! I agree it doesn't feel like your working out! Everyone keeps telling me Zumba 2 is awesome, I might have to see about getting that one too!!!

Wow! Thats a great deal! I can't imagine holding a kid while doing it! lol I just did the Medium Intensity workout and burned 315 calories in 45 minutes, it would have been more, but I got lost on some of the moves lol! Im probably gonna do more tonight! I loved it!!

Awesome! I've never taken a Zumba class, this is my first experience with Zumba. I can't wait to see how many calories I burn with it, I wasn't wearing my hrm yesterday when I played on it, so im very excited to see!!

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but there is a great website called PrayFit that gives you a daily devotion centered around fitness! I use it almost everyday and love it! It is really inspiring!

I love mine!! the only downside to it is when im doing floor exercises it sometimes doesn't pick up my HR. Other than that I love it!

I know exactly how you feel! My dad is like your mom. He's diabetic but eats whatever he wants, doesn't pay attention to sugar and doesn't exercise. He has already had open heart surgery too but refuses to eat healthy and exercise. It breaks my heart.

I have alot! lol! I was on the stationary bike and i was going way to fast and my foot slipped, i flew forward and the pedals (still going around) kept hitting my calve, needless to say, I had a huge bruise! There have also been some 30DS and trampoline incidents I won't mention lol! And then theres the infamous kettlebell…

I did it for a little while, i lost about 5-6 pounds but i got bored with eating it and believe it or not i got sick of chocolate lol but i still eat the snacks (chips, crackers, etc) and i drink the protein shakes.

I have never liked meat! I eat dairy and eggs (only in recipes) My big thing is I don't care for vegetables to much, but I ADORE fruit! Im a huge animal lover, so that definatly has alot to do with why i dont eat meat.
