i used water and green tea to replace sugar drinks, and i lost a ton of weight! of course excerise helped too :)

Im on day 5 of 30Ds and I do it everyday without skipping a day, they say if you want really good results, to do 30ds and another cardio workout in the same day. .

Im in the same boat! I have been going 6 miles a day on my stationary bike, and eating pretty good, i will admit that there are things I could cut out lol, but ive been stuck at the same weight for almost 3 weeks now! So I know exactly how you feel! FRUSTRATED!!
