I usually get around 200%, and that's not including the vitamin I take which has another 100%, and I've never had a problem. :) You have to go waaay over for it to affect you.

As long as your net calories are above 1200, you don't have to eat them back, but if it's lower it's a good idea.

Not at all! You have to go 3500 calories over you BMR to gain even one pound of fat, and eating a little more might even jump-start your metabolism a little :) One day definitely doesn't mess everything up.

You're obviously not going to gain that much fat in one day, so don't worry about it. It's just water weight, and your weight fluctuates a little day to day and even each hour.

I think it measures the effort. The problem with that is that the Wii remote can only measure the movement in that hand, so if a song uses your feet a lot instead of your hands the Sweat level will be lower.
