I never heard of pop chips? Are they available in the south? What's the brand name? I just eat Cape Cod 40% reduced fat kettle chips. 23 chips are 140 calories, and they are, well, Potato Chips! :wink:

IMO, cycling would be the way to go. I have been dealing with an achilles injury and cycling is far easier on the ankle area than the treadmill is.

Two things come to my mind reading your post. One is about the weight loss, try to do 1200 cals a day. Just reduce your portions and make sure the food you're eating is healthy. Get in exercise where you can. Next, your husband's dissatisfaction is more a sign of something else. A man should love you for "who you are" not…

I have used all of the artificial sweeteners at one time or another. The one I MUST avoid is Equal~ or ASPARTAME. It gives me horrible headaches. They just are not good for you. Just "Google" any of them and you can find controversy and enough to make you want to avoid them. I use TRUVIA or PURE VIA as these use STEVIA…

I love Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with 1/2 banana or berries in it, OR a Chobani Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of a good whole grain granola in it, or an Herbalife protein shake if I'm in a hurry. Dinner: Usually a lean meat, lots of veggies, half a carb serving. I try to go lower on carbs but make them healthy.

Start weight- 215.4 Current- 174.5 Goal- 160 I will re-assess at that point. Feeling pretty darn good already!
