I say eat. If you are really hungry, not just thirsty, then why deprive your body of those needs? Grab a banana, an apple, or something small to satisfy your body. If you deprive it day after day, you will get tired of it and give up. Goodluck!

I eat them whenever I'm really craving them. My temptation is ice cream candy bars, so I buy a box of the 99 cal. bars (mainly snickers or milky way) and put them in the very bottom of my deep freezer, that way I have to really work to get one (walking out to my garage, moving all the food out of the way, etc.) That really…

As was stated above, it all depends on how your body loses weight. I was eating 1200 and not eating any of my exercise back, and I was stuck on a plateau for 3 weeks. Only recently I started eating 1500 and I've lost pounds again! But I know many others who eat them and don't lose, or don't eat them and lose. Just try it…

You look amazing! Huge difference. Can't wait to see your 90 day results! Good luck.

So i just now noticed this post, but I would love to join! My bestfriend is getting married at the end of October and I am the maid of Honor. I would like to be 20-25 pounds skinnier by then! I hope everyone is doing well!

I personally LOVE that goal! I can't wait to confidently walk around naked either! (or half naked at the beach :-) )

Depending on how advanced you are i would suggest the following. I have completed these and they are my favorites of the ones i've tried. -30 day shred by Jillian Micheals -Ten Minute Trainer by Tony Horton -Insanity by Shaun T I've heard good things about all of JIllian's videos and you can get those at Walmart for around…

I love me some ice cream! Thanks for the post..

I'm IN!! Awesome!

I'm always up for another challenge :-) CW: 175.0 GW: 165.0

I've done Insanity and Ten Minute Trainer. I love them both, but Insanity is a lot of work...if you're not ready for it then I wouldn't push. I LOVE ten minute trainer for days that I don't have enough time to do a full workout or when I'm getting bored with my regular workout. It's fantastic.

Looks delicious!! Will try very soon :-)

Bump!

I'm In!! Sounds like a lot of fun. LOVE mini challenges :-)

BUMP!

I"m in! I'll send in my weight on Friday!!

I personally have Insanity and I absolutely love it! I've done it twice last year and lost only a few pounds, but lots of inches!! I like Insanity because you don't need to have any equipment and can do it with limited space. My fiance has P90X and it works well for him, but you need all that equipment and that can be…

Is it too late to join or can you still count me in??
