Looks great! Isn't it amazing what we think we fit into, then we lose weight and realize we really didn't look that good before? (not to say you looked bad in your before photo, because you're beautiful no matter what).

I agree with eating a piece of fruit...sometimes when I have hard workouts I get headaches and a glass of water and a piece of fruit (apple or banana usually) will almost always fix it..I blame my blood sugar getting too low.

I'm in! Let's do this..After 4/1's weigh in I'm going to ditch the scale until 4/30..been wanting to scale down on the weigh ins, and I think this is the perfect time!

I'm doing my 4th half marathon in October and will be training for my first full marathon in April later this year! SO excited that I'm finally going to commit to it...

Today was my first day of level 2! I took my measurements for the first time since starting and I lost 5 inches over my entire body. Didn't really lose much weight, but I feel fantastic and my clothes already feel looser (in only 10 days!). It's well worth the $9-$10 it costs.

I try to make my breakfasts 300 calories or more because it keeps me full. I fill it with fiber (Fiber One bars are great for on the road), a banana or apple, and something else like a piece of whole grain raisin toast or something..there are also some special K protein meal bars that are great that I'll grab with a piece…

I myself am doing the shred and have not gotten those dramatic results, but WAY TO GO! That's awesome. I'm glad you're finally losing that "baby pooch" as you call it..those are killers. Keep it up! Level 2 will kick your butt, but it's so worth it.

IMO, i don't allow myself a "cheat day" because then that turns into the next day being a cheat day, and then it's cheat weeks. If it works for him, that's fantastic!
