I would love to know as well, since I do most of the cooking for him :bigsmile: Riley did not mention that he likes to have some sort of meat with every meal...vegetarianism is not an option for him, lol.

Wine I like to have a glass of wine with dinner a couple of times a week (usually Friday & Saturday), but it is high in sugar.

Exactly what she said :) Some people burn through their calories much faster, so when you don't take in enough, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto everything.

I've raised my calorie intake from 1200/day to 1600/day (I was not losing any weight at 1200) and started 30ds. I'm on day 4 and I've lost 0.5 lb (0.23 kg).

They have organic meats at Costco, so they probably have some at Sam's. They say organic right on the package :)

I don't run...I've tried to in my neighborhood but there seem to be a lot of "loose" dogs that like to chase people. But I can't right now because I have plantar fasciitis :(

I did lift as heavy as I could (25 for lower, 15-20 for upper...I'm a weakling lol)...I don't know why I didn't lose and I went through the whole program twice. I don't like running, but did try it and got chased by dogs in my neighborhood, lol. Now I'm afraid to try that again.
