Thanks everyone for your comments :) Set your long time goal (It can be lose 60 pounds in a year) But also set shorter goal such as 2lbs for next week and do simple stuff such as parking far away from the entry in a parking lot and do 15 bodyweight squat at every tv commercials. Yeah it did! The hardest part with anxiety was to be confronted with situation that gave me those anxiety crysis and repeat until I get used to it and it doesn't affect me anymore.
