Your ticker says your goal is to lose 5 by 4/27. Sounds like you are on track to me. Regardless, no two people are the same, so if you are doing things like eating your exercise calories it may be possible you are giving yourself too much credit for your exercise. I agree with putting it on crackers (I use reduced fat Wheat Thins). And as some may have said, it makes a great spread for wraps or sandwiches. Great with eggs. I put the blue cheese one on hamburgers.

Saw your follow up post. No, it shows it constantly. You can change the display to show that, calories burned, time of workout, target heart zone... I think I am missing one.

Polar FT7 as well, about $100. Not sure I followed what you said about being still to get the last HR?

This varies by the person and by the machine. Some people will say the machines are accurate. My experience comparing my HRM to the machine suggests they are not and that the machines overestimate calorie burn. I think they are giving me too much "credit" when I enter my weight.

Yes, you were dehydrated. And while I don't think one night a week would have a huge effect on your metabolism, I do think frequent consumption would (I speak from experience).

Very normal. Yes, as the previous poster points out, you're dehydrated. Plus, when intoxicated, your body doesn't truly reach REM sleep.
