Don't be afraid to go heavier. From your description of not needing to rest or often not breaking a sweat, I would suggest trying to push yourself harder. Keep adding a bit more weight, keep challenging yourself. If you rest, you may find you'll be stronger on your next set.

My toes fall asleep on various machines and the worse ones are machines that angle downward. I try wiggling my toes, moving my feet, different shoes etc. When it gets too bad I switch to a bike for a while. Looks like this is a pretty common thing, good luck!

I totally do this too! I watch "The Dollhouse" which is only 2 seasons but I can only watch it when I go to my apartment gym, my other gym doesn't get good enough coverage for Netflix to work. I like the non-coverage elliptical better but I REALLY want to watch my show so I wind up going to both. Whatever motivates you and…
