sorry, didn't log in last night. I did 400!!! I broke them up throughout the day. I'm not feeling well, so they were all plain ol' crunches. Didn't get creative :)

I go for 6x a week. I usually look at the week ahead and see what day is going to be crazy busy and take that one as my day off so I don't get overly stressed or feel horrible when I don't get workout in that day.

You shouldn't work you arms every day but I have heard you can work your abs daily as long as you switch up your workout.

I wor at one of the state prisons. I had a great interview, but it didn't hurt that most of the people didn't show up to the interview due to a major ice/snow storm. THe power was out at the prison and all over the community, so they had tons of call ins. Me showing up for an interview in that crap paid off :)

200 done! I did 100 with 3lb, 50 with 10lbs and 50 with 6lbs! At least it made me forget about my legs hurting from the squats on Tuesday!

I am struggling with this myself. When I started, I was 280 and 5'9". Now I am at 177 and not sure where I want to go. The smallest I have ever been was 156, so originally that was my goal. But I didn't work out back then at all. So I'm not sure it's reasonable. I have a lot more muscle now and I am not willing to give any…

I've never tried to the DVD's but have been cosidering buying them myself, so please keep us updated! I hit a rough spot with my weight loss a few months ago and let a friend drag me to Zumba (I am not the most coordinated). Now I am addicted! It's a nice change in pace, great music and an awesome workout!

Same boat today. I spent the weekend with my parents and they always have the best food! They have all of the stuff I don't dare keep in my house. I didn't log until I got home (mistake, I know) and it's not as bad as I thought, but still not great. So worth it every now and then!

I love to use egg beaters and I keep bags of frozen peppers and onions in the freezer. If I don't have any egg beaters, I use egg whites. Just scrample them up! I always add crushed red pepper too. YUMMY! I'm like you, zero time in the morning. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone else's posts :)
