Jillian Michael's Xtreme Shed & Shred
Ok, I got this for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!!! Truth be told though, I did level 1 and 2 together and couldn't move for 2 days! So I have now decided to do level 1 for 2 weeks, then move to level 2 for two weeks before doing both workouts together again. Has anyone else tried it?

Ovarian Cyst, anyone have some advice
Ok, so I went to the Dr. regarding my cyst today. It did shrink by one inch, so it is down to around 4" in diameter. That's good news :) My choices were a) wait it out and hope it gets better b) lapriscopic surgery to drain the cyst and take a look around to see why it may be there. Wow, great options...Anyone else go…
