I start phase 2 tomorrow! I am so excited and scared to start it. Little worried a out all of the push ups. No upper body strength at all, but then again, guess that's why I'm doing it!

Ok, I finished week 4 work out 4 today. Cardiograph tomorrow then I get to see what phase 2 is all about! Had a lot going on at work this week, so my diet could have been a lot better, but all I can do is keep moving forward!

I used ti hate it when my husband watched. Then I realized that when he did, I burned more calories according to my hrm. Apparently I work harder and watch my form more with an audience!

I'm curious too. I have zumba class 2x per week where I burn an average 750 calories each, plus I do app 30 additional cardio couple days per week. I stick as close to the 1200 as I can. I have been wondering about thics andsa w the.ifo o n twitter too.

I am on the last week of phase 1. So far, 9 down. I was not planning on measuring again until the end, but may do it at the end of each phase after reading all of these amazing results! Great job everybody!

I do the same thing. I work out about 30-45 min on the am and then 30-60 in the pm. I have more energy whenbi sk it this way and I feel likely metabolism gets a boost 2x per day. A

Ok, stared my last week of phase 1 this morning. I am loving workouts 3 and 4, so I know I am going to miss them when phase 2 starts. I have only been doing the cardiograph Dvd on the assigned days because I am doing longer versions in the evening (kickbixing, zumba, boost met, etc) do you all think that's a good thing?

I love zumba!!! I make sure I keep the intensity up (arms up high, stay loose, jump when possible, etc) and I burn about 750 per class.

I love anything Jillian Michael's. Im doing body revolution now and thebkickbox fast fix. Live them! I love zumba, but don't care for zumba Dvds. The energy level is just off. I really want to give insanity and turbo fire a try.

Love it! All 3 work outs are great! I love the energy level. I am doing body revolution so I'm not using any weights, I want this to be as " cardio" as possible. I like that I can do 1 workout if I am pressed for time or all 3 if I can.

I start week 4 of phase 1 tomorrow. I am a little nervous about what phase 2 will bring! I am adding extra cardio. I do zumba twice a week and just started kickbox fast fix. I love it! I love how its 3 20 min workouts. If I am short on time, I have no excuses, Ivan just do one. If I have more time I can do more.

Yeah, me either....I hate to cook!!!!! I do a lot of salads because they are so easy to switch up. I have been trying to eat cleaner (not going well) but I love the lean cuisiness steamers that come in a bag. I like things that are easy to calculate. I'm interested in seeing everyone else's responses!

Yeah, I really think everyone's burn is different. The more you weigh, the more you burn for the same activity. The activity you are doing also matters. Walking around the block will burn less than a boot camp type workout, etc.
