Thanks for this! "51. Preventing running injuries is easier than curing them" Def need to follow this one. I did a half marathon last year with no real prep and I felt like death! This year, a marathon is on the table. Implementing lots of stretching, supplements, icing, and a slow-but-steady distance progression.

Take them back. Most places like that have a return/exchange policy as long as they are not too worn. My running place allows you a full refund within a 2 week period, as long as they aren't too damaged.
