I'm 5'4 1/2", 65 and my CW is 141. Goal weight 139.5. I'm fine where I'm at but it's a mental thing. I want to be below 140.

Saw this on the news yesterday. How sad that people would go to that extreme to lose weight.

I don't force myself to eat breakfast. I fix a healthy snack to have ready when the hunger pangs hit which is usually an hour or more after my coffee.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was invaded this spring and resorted to chemicals which worked but will try the non chemical suggestions next time.

#3 then #2 but as someone else suggested, try dresses on until you look in the mirror and say,THIS IS THE ONE!! You will know when you see it.

Fantastic!!! looking good is great but the real issue is better health.

I havce several Leslie Sansome DVD's and also use the Wii fit. They are both good workouts for the home.

I love wii sports. It is good for beginners and you can make it real simple or put more into it for a better workout. I also have wii fit plus. Didn't like it at first but am getting better at it now and like it better. I would like to have a dance one also.
