Leslie Sansone early in the morning. Gets me going. Super easy moves but still a good workout.

Some days I love the Wii Fit age and some days I don't. Not sure how they determine but one day may age was 34 (I'm 65) and the next it was 75. But yes it's kind of fun. I just don't put much faith in it.

I didn't have black beans so substituted white navy beans, Was really good.

I love acorn squash. Unfortunately I fill it with butter and brown sugar. This sounds much healthier and delicious. Thanks for posting.

Don't give up. Eight lbs in a month is great. It's normal to hit a plateau but you will soon start seeing a difference on the scales again.
