I know I'm a little late but I would like to join. I have several of the Leslie Sansome tapes and used to use them daily but have gotten out of the habit so by joining this challenge I hope to get back.

These look like merigue cookies. They are low in fat and really good but aren't really like what we think of chocolate chip cookies. They are great for a sweet treat.

I love the Leslie Sansome "Walk at home" cd's. I have several. You can do the one mile which takes about 15 min. or additional miles if you have the time. You can also customize the work out for your level.

Nov. 21- 140.5. Down 1.5 lbs. from last week. Yeah! Long way from 5 lbs. but I'll be satisfied if I just hold my own over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Nov. 1- 141.5 Nov. 7- 142 Nov. 14-142 142 seems to be my plateau. Not looking good for a 5 lb loss for Nov. Will keep plugging along and hoping for at least a loss in the next 2 weeks.

What a positive way to look at winter. More healthy than staying inside where it's warm and eating which is what I'm tempted to do in winter.

Oct 1-147 Oct 8-144 Oct 15-144 Oct 22-144 Oct 29-142 Super happy with my 5 lbs lost. Last week was thinking I wouldn't make it. This challenge kept me on track and helped me to not give up.
