This weeks only week-long challenge is to stay under your sodium goal, the water and fruits/veg challenges are done. I believe that the default MFP sodium goal is 2,500. Some people have other goals, mine is 1,500-2,000 as recommended by my doctor. So, if you do not have a specific goal already set, just use the MFP goal…
