When I was thin, I was treated WAY differently. I would get honked at when I walked down the street (always). Jobs were easier to get, but harder to keep when the boss hit on me. I have been trying to tighten up my diet, I know it is what is keeping me from dropping. The only thing I have been successful at recently is cleaning up my blood work. I guess that is a NSV in itself. )

My sodium goal s 1500... What is yours? Six months ago I was at a pre-hypertension stage. My blood pressure was always borderlined the 'high' category. Last week, it was 120/70. I did it all with diet. :) 5/21 - no exercises done - under sodium 5/22 - 5/23 - 5/24 - 5/25 - 5/26 -

I did A3 today and will be done with Stage 4 next Monday. I am up to 80 seconds on the planks (I still weigh 200 pounds). HA!
