                There are a million different flavors of tea out there. I just drop a tea bag in my blender bottle & let it steep for a little. I use cold water also.

                I felt the same way when I first started lifting. And I was working out at home!

                This. A serving of PB is roughly 180 cals & 16gs of fat. Easy to fit into macros. Something with a higher protein to calorie ration though is vanilla whey & mix it with your coffee as if it were powdered creamer. On a side note, FAT doesn't make you fat. Excess calories do.

                I gained weight in my 20's, lost it the wrong way & gained even more back in my 30's.                 My eyes are razer sharp. But my hearing especially in the voice range is not as good as it used to be.

                40 here. Took from 38 to a few weeks before 40 to go from 260 to 158. added about 15lbs over the last few months (some muscle) and going to cut back down to 160 for summer. I'm in better shape than HS!

                I used to say if you saw me running down the street to call the police because someone is chasing me. But I did start running sprints. Walk a block, run a block, walk a block, run a block, I have been challeneged by a marathoner to run a mile in 7 mins. So I now I have a small goal.

                If I eat more than 200 carbs in a day I could wake up 5-7lbs heavier & feeling dehydrated. I take measurements now every other week because the scale just makes me laugh sometimes.

                I think you might be over estimating how many cals you burn with exercise. I looked at your diary & some days you are at 1500 to 1700 cals & other days you are at 2000. Have you tried being consistant with food intake & keep it in the 1500 to 1700 range daily?

                My friends have pulled the "Holy cologne bomb batman" but it just stinks up the car. Never a room & it fades quickly and is just permeating their personal space. In all my yrs i've never owned a cologne strong enough to offend at 10 paces but i've sure smelt it. How? What brand can actually do that?
