Lifting isn't my problem. Cutting the calories to drop that last bit of fat is. It's like I have to go full blown cardio bunny mode or limit myself more than ever. And i'm not even trying for that 6-pack now. I just want the last of my moobage to go away for the summer. LOL!

Squats & lunges. I carried a lot of fat in my lower body & have loose skin on my inner thighs. Thankfully as a guy I can wear swim trunks to the beach & the rest of my legs look strong.

2nd-ed! I dropped 100lbs, shopped at thrift stores, re-donated, claimed on my taxes. Profit. Lots of good high quality hardly worn stuff on those racks. Also OP, women tend to store fat on their backside so that is the last place it will fall off so don't get discouraged.

I used to agree with this statement but i've hit that point where the fat loss is SLOOOOWWWWW with just lifting unless I do some cardio a few days a week. Even if I eat back my cals (as best as I can figure) I still seem to drop the fat quicker.

THIS! If I didn't lift while I lost 100lbs I can promise I wouldn't be stretching the sleeves & chest on my polo's while they are baggy on the waist. Those shirts would be baggy everywhere.
