I mix walmarts vanilla protein with plain Greek yogurt. Not sure how you can't hit protein. I can fit 150g's of protein, 114g's of carbs & 26g of fat by 1300 cals.

I usually just substitute half the actual pancake mix i'd normally use with vanilla whey powder & add a few whole eggs. But, i really only do this on days I know i'll be doing manual labor so i'm not worried too much about the cals.

Yep! Was not aware of this myself until I walked into the vending area at work & saw all the bottles of expired soda the vending machine guy left out for people to take because they couldn't sell it anymore. Tasted fine to me.

Been hitting the Pepsi Center in Amherst for open skate when I have a chance. It really works the legs & a nice break from the treadmill. It isn't free though. About $10 if you aren't a resident & don't have your own skates.
