Doing my third day today (I do hot yoga/pilates when I don't do this). I've not measured myself since I started yoga/pilates. Hopefully, between this and HCG, I'll see a good loss this week. Lost nearly a pound yesterday. yay. Goal weight's not a weight, but a size: 7. Won't stop till then.

Stay away form fake sugars. If you must eat sugar, go for agave nectar, or even beet sugar. I don't eat enough in a day, and try to avoid sugar. But don't totally cut them out.If you're not diabetic, be sure you're having pure cane sugar, or beet sugar or agave.

A friend of mine's hrm logged it around 200. So that's what I log it as, until I receive my own hrm.

Totally agree. It s very negative, that and the word struggle, and protocol. It is such a prominent word heard around the HCG forums, and most dieting forums. I can;t keep up with her on 30 Day shred, level one, third day. Then, I get transfixed in her and Anita's abs. I really disliked Jillian Michaels on Wii. so, I happened to catch level 2 30 day shred on exercise tv, and I loved it.

I don't really like breakfast, and I can't drink milk or eat eggs, so unless I have an odd day and eat pancakes, or hashbrowns, I don't do breakfast. I do drink tea (for cafiene), and my water.

I ignor it, or drink water or iced tea. If I start to feel shakey, then I eat. I go to bed hungry often.

I didn't know you could open it till someone told me. If I do get one word about it, I'll close it. I've been a nurse for 18 years, I know nutrition. No privacy about it...I'm on hcg, laxed on the protocol, I''m loosing. I'm exercising...that's that. My diet is my diet.

When I'm on hcg, I have that problem...so I try to eat strawberries, but if it gets bad, ground psyllium...if it gets worse...the old mag citrate tablets, which I take anyway.
