Tonight we are having beef/veggie stirfry over jasmine rice. Tomorrow is crockpot ham/potato soup.

You can add it into pasta sauce or stew. I made skinny sloppy joes last night and the kids didn't even notice the veggies (chopped very fine) http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/10/skinny-sloppy-joes.html

Maybe talk with the barn owner about possibly establishing/enforcing rules such as a limited amount of time in the cross ties and cleaning up after your horse to make it fair to all boarders.

You have to find your Why/motivation and remind yourself of it constantly. Hang pictures on the fridge, cupboards ect of whatever the reason is you want to lose the weight. Another thing that helped me get started was stop buying junk food. If its not in the house I can't eat it. Fast food is tough because it is so…

I did 30DS at 240 and was fine. Just finishing up RI30 at 219. It's totally do-able, JM has one of the girls that does modified moves. I have also heard of people doing the jumping exercises on a trampoline. Good luck! I would definately try level 1 and see how it feels to you.

There is one I buy prepackaged that I tried on a whim and loved it. It has spinach, dried cranberries & pears, pecans that are sweet/spicy, feta with balsalmic vinaigrette. I've tried to recreate at home but cannot find a dressing that tastes that good.

Bumping I'm curious too!

My favorite filling breakfast is 1 egg (or 2 egg whites), avocado, fresh salsa on a spinach wrap. Sometimes I'll add cheese or sour cream. Or skip the wrap and add an extra egg.

I just finished the shred and I'm on week 2 of RI30. It helps me to have a count down of days. So if I didn't feel like pushing forward, I would tell myself "only x amount of days left, keep going". You can do it!

I think it's logged as circuit training.

Left over fajita filling (chicken, bell pepper, onion & seasonings) , Butter Snap pretzels with 100 calorie pack of wholly guacamole. 300 cals even.

I find myself in this cycle occasionally. Usually due to stress from work or an inadequate afternoon snack. If I'm having an issue of bingeing, I try not to have any unhealthy items in the house until the cravings get under control. I can binge all I want on celery & carrots LOL...

I just finished the Shred on Friday. Definately take measurements and before pictures. Even if you can't make it through the first workout, keep pushing by the end of the 10 days you will make it (or be greatly improved). Follow Anita if it gets too hard, you will still get great results. Good Luck! I just started Ripped…

I do 30DS in the morning when I first wake up. Then have something with protein, this morning I had egg whites, avocado & salsa in a spinach/herb wrap.
