We do a lot of Stir Fry....cut up bite sized meat and whatever veggies we have on hand (fresh or frozen) and whatever seasonings or bottled sauce we have around. Eat as is or over rice, if I have the calories.

I have a bumper crop from our garden :) I use them for stir fry and omelets. Last night I chopped up potatoes, onions, green peppers and garlic and cooked in the skillet...then added cooked ground sausage.

When on trail rides, I used to drop the stirrup low enough to be able to get on and then put it back once mounted. My horse was only 15.2 though and I rode english. Now that I am borrowing my husbands western horse until I can get a new one, I have to find something to climb up on to get on because the stirrups are a lot…

My daughter and I got to get out this weekend for a trail ride. It was a nice ride....except when Sox saw the horse eating donkey in the neighbors yard... he danced around and survived luckly (and I stayed on) :laugh:
