So I started this on July 17 when I weighed 228.8 which is the highest I've been. I have time scheduled with out of state family and friends on Aug 31 and decided I was going to get my weight down under 210 for the gathering, so I needed to lose 19 pounds in six and a half weeks. Very difficult but possible. In 30 days I've lost 14.8 pounds so I need to lose 4.2 pounds over the next 16 days. If I do this it will be one of the biggest things I've achieved in a long time.

Round 49 had unexpected drops & cooler weather...my guess things will bounce up again, especially if it gets hot again.
