I don't usually set a goal for a round, because, you know, life happens, but I am motivated by round numbers so I am hoping to see 180 come and go this round.

Exercise Plan = The Betty Rocker 90 Day Challenge (in weeks 5-6 of 12), run outside 3-4 times a week, get 8,000-10,000 steps/day
Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.

Round 49 had unexpected drops & cooler weather...my guess things will bounce up again, especially if it gets hot again.
Happy to maintain as my body adjusts & I build more muscle
