Find something you love doing and it will never feel like a chore. I love walking outdoors, so I walk to and from work. I live in England so that's pretty easy to do. I take another walk after dinner voila I walk 10miles a day. I hope you find your groove, exercise is such a nice thing...not just for weight loss only

I know exactly what you are talking about...I hate that so called "kick"...I don't like tart things that's why anything that calls for lemon puts me off...LOL I have found fage greek yogurt to be quite smooth and creamy and I love it.

That healthy eating does not translate to regularity. That the bowels need bulk for peristalsis. That almost 80g of fiber a day, means squat to the bowels, it wants bulk to move. sigh.

Wow...You are so wrong I don't even know where to start. If I ate more than 1300, I will not lose a single ounce...and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my metabolism. Everybody is different, what works for you, may be a disaster for another person, and I exercise every day and my energy levels are through the roof.
