    Do you have some academic studies to back this up? I am not sure I'd be willing to give up 10 cupcakes a day without more rigorous testing! ;)

    It's a cake in a wrapper so it might be a no. More research to be sure.

    Sounds interesting OP but I have a question. If I take my daily 10 cupcakes and I unwrap them and squish them together into one large cupcake can I count that as only 1 cupcake? Not sure I want to cold-turkey the cupcakes but maybe I can cut back on the numbers that way.

    Yes that is a good idea. You wouldn't want to shock your system and go into starvation mode if it is used to getting the full 10 cakes.

    My friend lost 1lb, she ate 'cleen' cheesecake only... They were gluten free and organic
    I agree cutting waaay back like that, will wreck your metabolism.

    Hmmm, I get what you are saying about starvation mode. Perhaps I will just cut each cupcake in half and eat each half every 1.25 hours throughout the entire day. That way I will keep my metabolism stoked and in high gear for ultimate fat burning efficiency.

    Great plan! Each week just cut out half a cupcake. Or what you can do is eat only carrot cake cupcakes. The vegetable matter revs up the metabolism causing all sugars and carbs to disappear.

    Oh I don't know about that. I did hit Marco once but he got pretty pissed off and ended up keying my car. Not sure if I want to mess with that guy anymore, he is loco.
