I found myself struggling this past week. Did some emotional eating, which did nothing but make me feel even worse! Time to get back on track. Gained 2.1

I took Lupron and got all the great side effects too. I had a really hard time controling my weight when I was on it. I really found that the shots were not worth the side effects and made the decision (after a long visit with my Dr.) to stop them. I am glad I did! Good luck with them!

I like the first one best and the color is right for Valentines day. You look great in all of them though. Great wallpaper too!

I saw a lady at the grocery store that I had not seen for quite a while, and she said "Oh, so you had your stomach stapeled". I told her , No, I have just been eating much better and exercising. She didn't say anything and I just walked away. Akward!

Why don't you try to find some delicious healthy food? There are so many great choices that tase wonderful and are healthy. Then you can skip the junk food, but you won't feel like you are being deprived.

I have used weight watchers in the past and found that is did work very well. I lost 60 pounds on the program about four years ago, and for the most part have kept it off, (I did gain 10 pounds back).
