  • Just remember, one day at a time! Keep your goal in mind when the going gets tough! Maybe enlist your daughter too, she can help keep you motivated. Find an exercise you love, that way it doesn't feel so much like exercise. Swimming, dancing, lots of "fun" things burn calories too! GOOD LUCK!
