  • I only do 1 cheat MEAL per week. Normally a breakfast buffet on Saturday. Time limit 1 hour, then I'm done till next week. Works well for me. Steve

  • Yup! When I go to the YMCA at 5:30 am I always shower and get ready for work. It's one reason I keep coming back to this gym. Nice lockers, shower stalls I bring my own toiletries, washcloth and towel.
  • Nutrition is key. I think extra good protein is ok, especially if you're going to exercise with a goal to attain a better level of fitness. Zone diet seems to work best for me.
