I did terribly, ending the challenge at 129.8...I let stress get to me a bit too much, and exhaustion with the baby has set in, I feel as if I am sleepy all the time, so tired, complete lack of energy. Really hoping to do well in the next challenge, I am looking forward to the group!

Checking in at 128.4, no change...grrr... Helen, Thanks for sharing your story, it's awesome to see that change can and does happen Ellen, thanks for the challenges, I have to admit I was just thinking of how my fruit/veggie options are limited in the fall/winter, so this will be good for me! Also like the ten minutes,…

No change for me this week, using my Sunday weigh in since I ate terribly on Monday and have chosen not to get on the scale since then..I ended up getting three different birthday cakes, one with friends, one at work and one with family, and overall, one of which I ate mostly on my own...will probably barely maintain this…

So I have been doing JM No More Trouble Zones, but not as often as I should. I definitely need to start toning. @Lana Donuts are terribly difficult to resist, you could call it your Halloween treat maybe? Hope between school and work you are able to find time to work out...life is busy and it doesn't seem to ever slow…

Congrats Tammi, you're almost there, and it seems like you have been consistently losing weight. You may want to change your goal weight, so that you don't lose motivation, just make sure you keep it reasonable. Again, congrats!

@all Work has been so stressful lately, I love what I do but it is so exhausting some days, and lately I have been overscheduled with patients, which makes for long, no break days :( @Billy Sorry the baby isn't sleeping, having a little one can be so exhausting, hope she goes back to sleeping through the night soon! My…

LOVE BIGGEST LOSER, but I am totally a Hulu watcher, refuse to pay for cable...anyhow, yeah, definitely not able to eat <100 carbs, but being very intentional about trying to eat less carbs, love the fitness part of the challenge! Also, Ellen, I know I'm late but in terms of lifestyle sustainable change, I think we have to…

@Billy Praying you get better soon! @Rachel Congrats on getting into the 350s :) Celebrate each milestone, and I agree with Shannon, make mini-goals, and more importantly, mini prizes ;) @Lana Don't let the doughnuts ruin your eating day...I had a slice of very fatty and tasty cake today, which I now regret, so I may go…

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, had a very busy workday...anyhow, got a good 2 mile run in and 30 minutes of stairs, so good fitness day, and I also resisted eating simply because I had calories left over, proud of myself for that. Today, 9/14/11 Goals: Fitness: 60 minutes in, at least 30 cardio, 20 strength training,…

Sorry for getting lost, but work has been crazy, seeing 8 patients a day, which is a full day with 45-50 minute sessions, and need time for notes and prepping for next session, anyways, it's been crazy busy, and I am feeling emotionally exhausted, and physically too actually. @Stacy I feel as if I started well on the last…

@Rachel Good job paying for everything in cash, my husband and I do the same, and are looking to buy a car soon, so have just started saving up for that. It takes patience, but is worth being debt free! @Shannon You did what you had to, starving is not an option. You stayed strong and kept control though, so good job!…
