  • I am having the same problem, except it's not from sugar with coffee. It's milk. There is 12 grams of sugar in my skim milk! 14 grams in my apple. This has been driving me crazy! I cannot see who you can stay within the nutritional totals and get your 1200 calories in. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
  • Thank you all!!!! I never even thought about those totals being a minimum rather than a maximum. That makes more sense. Just to clarify that today the only total I am "over" is the sugar. Yesterday it was sugar, sodium, and protein. That makes me feel much better. So, once again THANK YOU!
