  • 1/2 cup of plain orginal fiber one cereal. I just eat it plain, no milk. 14 grams of fiber for only 60 calories. I combine this with drinking about 16 oz of water. Helps me feel full for a long time. I never leave the house without a baggie in my purse.

  • I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. Its not expensive (approx $15) and only 4 carbs per scoop, with 26 protein per scoop. I like to mix this with an Ultra weight loss shake (Slim Fast or Equate). Super yummy and I get 36 g of protein with 5 g of fiber and minimum fat and carbs.
