Not eating enough calories is a trigger for me as well. I also found that being tired is a huge trigger. After my divorce, insomnia was a big issue. Gained more than 30 pounds in just 10 months. Melatonin and limited screen time after 8 pm are helping me sleep again.

Ultimate goal weight...I think I'll go on a cruise with my husband. Until then I am making payments on a ring I have on layaway. As long as I stay on track I'll get my ring. Should take 10 months to get to goal and get my ring so it works. :)

Something I might try that I just heard about is the website stickk.com. You commit to achieving a goal and put money on the line if you don't. If you don't complete your goal the money goes to a charity or person you disignate.
