Please don't be discouraged. A lot of times you will gain before you lose because you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat. Keep up the hard work and the weight will fall off. :)

I bought an under the desk bike pedal. Any time I have a spare 10-15 minutes I just sit back and "ride" the bike. I can sit and go through paperwork or just sit back and pedal away. I have even inspired one of the doctors in my office to buy one. It's just one of those little things that I am hoping helps get me to my goal…
